On the 25th Sunday after Pentecost, on the feast day of Saint Gregory the Wonderworker and Saint Sebastian of Jackson, His Grace Bishop Nektarije of London and Great Britain–Ireland celebrated the Divine Liturgy at St Paul’s Church in Bedford, on the occasion of the parish slava dedicated to Saint Andrew the First-Called.
Concelebrating with Bishop Nektarije were the Very Reverend Protopresbyters-Stavrophores Dragan Lazić, Dean for Southern Britain, Nikola Kotur and Milun Kostić, as well as Protopresbyter Boris Medak and Presbyter Borislav Kovačević.
After the prayerful gathering and Eucharistic thanksgiving, the celebration continued in a nearby hall, where the traditional breaking of the slava bread took place, followed by festive fellowship, joy, and communal celebration.
